Terms of sale
At Geartronix Auto Parts we strive to describe our parts accurately so customers can make informed buying decisions. We sell a diverse line of auto parts that range in price as well as quality. All auto parts are guaranteed to arrive at the shipping address in the condition as stated at the time of purchase. Our parts are guaranteed to function properly in accordance to age, mileage, and intended design, unless otherwise noted in the item description. This standard limited warranty expires 30 days from the date of purchase. The buyer agrees that all warranties are void if the part has been improperly installed or the vehicle after installation is not maintained in accordance to the manufacturer’s recommendations. All warranties are void if the vehicle after installation is abused, vandalized, involved in an accident, or used for racing or off road purposes. Electrical parts are sold as is where is with no warranty at all.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the invoice. A return authorization number (RAN) can only be provide by your sales representative. Parts not bearing the official Geartronix Auto Parts will not be accepted as a valid return. The buyer agrees to return the item within 7 days upon receiving a return authorization number. Regardless of the item’s condition, the buyer agrees to return all items in the condition they were received and to sustain all costs in doing so. All returns are subject to a 20% handling and re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. The buyer agrees that no payment is refunded until a valid return has been received and verified.
Damage Claim Submission:
The buyer agrees to make all visible damage claims in writing to the delivery person at the point of delivery. If United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx, delivers the part without a signature, the buyer agrees to inform UPS or FedEx of any damage within 24 hours of delivery time. Most items are insured against shipping damage, so it is necessary for the buyer to make damage claims immediately and to keep all original packaging. Damage claims which match the item’s description will be denied. All claims and issues should be submitted online in order to establish a proof of submission. After submitting your claim online, please call with your order number so you can be directed to your sales representative for further instructions.
